Our belief suggest the following for married couples

Chives- Internal Purposes: The chives plant is rich in minerals our bodies need to manufacture sex hormones.

Damiana- Internal   Purposes: Has a reputation as a sexual stimulant and rejuvenator tat has been used to treat sexual impotence in both males and females. It appears to contain elements that directly stimulate the nerves, genitals, blood circulation, and metabolism. It is beneficial in increasing the sex drive in both men and women. As an aphrodisiac, women have found Damiana very helpful. Place a drop of Damiana under your tongue about an hour before having sex for best results. It may take several days to notice the effects.

Fo-ti, Gotu Kola, Sarsaparilla, Saw Palmetto, and Siberian Ginseng- Internal Purposes: These five herbs have been beneficial in improving sexual drive and increasing energy.  Cautions: Do not use Siberian Ginseng if you have any of the following conditions: high blood pressure, hypoglycemia or heart disorders.

Wild Yam- Internal Purposes: Contains the natural steroid dehydro-epiandrosterone (DHEA). It is thought that this steroid may improve lovemaking by increasing vigor.  Dosage: Take for two weeks then stop for two weeks - repeat this process as needed.

A break in a bone, cartilage, tooth or other rigid bone tissue.

Boswellia- Internal Purposes: Boswellia is an important herb in ancient Ayurvedic medicine. It has anti-inflammatory qualities and aid in relieving pain while recuperating from a fracture.

Horsetail Extract- Internal Purposes: Horsetail is a healing herb that is rich in nutrients and high in silica that help the body absorb calcium and promotes strong bones. Beneficial in the healing process from a fracture.

Turmeric (Curcumin)- Internal Purposes: Make a poultice by combining turmeric with hot water, let cool a little, dip a towel into the mixture and put it on the site of the injury. Reduces swelling in recent bruises. Mullein leaves made into a poultice is also beneficial.

Floaters do not usually cause long-term health problems, but are more an inconvenience. A person experiencing floaters may see random specks float across his line of vision. Too much sun exposure may cause fibrillar degeneration of the vitreous.

Apple pectin- Comments: Helps with elimination of heavy metals from the eyes.

L-Methionine- Comments: Helps remove heavy metals from eyes.

Vitamin A- Comments: Helps with eye disorders.

Nausea, vomiting, cramps, diarrhea, fever, and headache may all point to food poisoning. There are different types of food poisoning. The more common types are E.coli, Salmonellosis, Staphylococcal, and Rotavirus. These and other types of food poisoning may last a few minutes, a few hours, or a few weeks.

Comments: Detoxifies colon and bloodstream.

Garlic:  Importance: High
Comments: Removes toxins from the body. Kills bacteria in the colon.

Potassium:  Importance: High
Comments: Replenishes electrolytes in proper balance.

Vitamin C:  Importance: High
Comments: Rids the body of toxins and bacteria.

Vitamin E:  Importance: High
Comments: Boosts immune system.

Fiber:  Importance: Moderate
Comments: Eliminates bacteria from colon walls, inhibiting them from getting into the bloodstream. Promotes healing.

Kelp:  Importance: Moderate
Comments: Provides minerals to replenish electrolytes.

A rheumatic disorder characterized by body aches, pain, stiffness, sleep disturbances and fatigue, as well as tenderness in specific sites on the body, that occurs predominately in women.

Black Walnut and Garlic- Internal Purposes: Used to expel internal parasites from the body.

Boswellia- Internal Purposes: This herb is an effective anti-inflammatory used for centuries to relieve joint pain and improve mobility.

Burdock Root, Dandelion, and Red Clover- Internal Purposes: These herbs are considered cleansing tonics that purifies the blood and boosts the immune system. These herbs can be combined or used alone as teas. Drink 4 to 6 cups daily.

Calendula or Rosemary Oil- Internal Purposes: Combining these herbs with equal amounts of water or vegetable oil make an excellent potion that can be massaged into the skin. This potion is said to ease pain. You can make the potion with just one of these herbs or combine them.

Ginger biloba- Internal/External Purposes: Prepare a moderately hot bath and put 4 to 6 ounces of ginger powder into it. This is beneficial as it causes sweating which aids in the removal of toxins from the body. Can also make Ginger Powder Tea and drink it as this will give the same benefit.
