Brahmi- Internal Purposes: Improves Long and short term memory.

Garlic- Internal  Purposes: Boosts memory

Ginkgo biloba- Internal Purposes: Boost brain and memory function.  Dosage: Take in capsule form

Comments: Expands blood vessels. Enhances circulation to brain.

Measles is a disorder caused by exposure to a virus. The eyes, skin, and respiratory tract may all suffer during a bout of measles. Most cases of measles will end in about ten days.

Catnip tea or Garlic enemas- Internal Purposes: Decreases fever

Lobelia- Internal Purposes: Eases Pain. Dosage: 1/2 Teaspoon every 4 hours. Cautions: Lobelia is not recommended for an ongoing basis.

Spirulina- Internal Purposes: Boosts the immune system and slows the virus down from reproducing.

A chronic disease of the eyes caused by the deterioration of the central portion of the retina, known as the macula, which is responsible for focusing central vision in the eye.

Bilberry- Internal Purposes: Contains anthocyanosides which act as antioxidants in the retina of the eye. Supplementing with Bilberry is thought to be beneficial for prevention and treatment of early state macular degeneration. Blueberries contain bioflavonoids. It is recommended that you eat eight to ten ounces of blueberries a day, take Ginkgo Biloba extract, and zinc is though to help stop the loss of your vision. It is best to start treating Macular Degeneration in the early stages.

Vitamin A - Comments: Powerful antioxidant. Promotes healthy eye function. Emulsion form is recommended when used in high doses.

Vitamin C - Comments: Antioxidant. Kills free radicals. Protects the eyes. Alleviates pressure caused by cataracts.

Vitamin E - Comments: Antioxidant. Kills free radicals

Malabsorption Syndrome occurs when a person cannot properly absorb nutrients, vitamins, and minerals from food. Digestion and absorption both have an impact on a person's ability to absorb nutrients properly.

Alfalfa, dandelion root, fennel seed, ginger, and nettle- Internal Purposes: Helps the body to absorb minerals.

Peppermint and Aloe Vera- Internal Purposes: Helps Digestion

Black Pepper- Internal Purposes: Helps Digestion and absorbing nutrients.

Buchu- Internal Purposes: Lowers inflammation in the colon and mucous membranes.

Goldenseal- Internal Purposes: Helps the liver, colon, and pancreas function.  Cautions: Do not use if pregnant, allergic to ragweed or internally for more than a week.

Irish Moss and Rhubarb- Internal Purposes: Helps support the colon.

Yellow Dock- Internal Purposes: Enhances the liver and colon functions

Lyme Disease is one of the most prevalent diseases found in the United States that is caused by a tick. Unless you are aware that you might have been bitten by a tick, you might you had the flu because of achiness, fever, headache, etc.

Alfalfa- Internal Purposes: Can be very good for the digestive system and can help treat such disorders as constipation and arthritis. Use it as an aid to increase clotting of the blood. Alfalfa can also be used as a diuretic. In addition, it can assist with the reduction of inflammation in the prostrate, as well as to treat acute or chronic cystitis. Alfalfa can be an excellent source of Vitamin K. Alfalfa can be found in natural supplements, as well as in alfalfa sprouts.

Dandelion Root, Ginseng, Hawthorn, Horsetail, & Marshmallow Root- Internal Purposes: Choose one of these herbs to repair the damage that has been to the circulatory system, as well as tissues that have been harmed.

Echinacea- Internal Purposes: Also known as Purple Coneflower. Echinacea can be used as an alternative to using antibiotics. Also to be a blood cleanser.

Milk thistle- Internal Purposes: Milk Thistle has been shown to nutritionally support healthy liver function. Used for reducing inflammations of the liver.
